1998–2005 Lexus GS300 / GS400 / GS430 Bolt-In Clutch Pedal Kit

The HLSS bolt-in clutch pedal kit provides a clutch pedal and hydraulic master-cylinder solution for manual transmission conversions on 1998–2005 Lexus GS300, GS400 and GS430 models.

The HLSS mounting bracket installs without cutting or drilling the firewall. The kit includes a Wilwood clutch pedal, Wilwood master cylinder with remote reservoir, hydraulic clutch line, installation hardware and instructions.

Choose Your Master Cylinder

5/8-Inch Bore: Select this option when a 5/8-inch master cylinder is required for your transmission and slave-cylinder combination.

3/4-Inch Bore: Select this option when a 3/4-inch master cylinder is required for your transmission and slave-cylinder combination.

Confirm the correct master-cylinder size for your setup before ordering. Master cylinders cannot be exchanged after purchase.

Optional Add-Ons

Adjustable Pedal Stop: Limits clutch-pedal travel when required by the clutch or slave-cylinder setup.

OEM-Style Pedal Pad: Replaces the standard Wilwood pedal pad with an HLSS pad and OEM Toyota rubber cover designed to more closely match the factory brake and accelerator pedals. 

Installation Requirements

• The factory foot-operated parking brake must be removed.
• The ABS ECU must be relocated.
• The customer must provide the correct fitting to connect the included clutch line to the slave cylinder.
• The included clutch line uses a -4AN connection at the slave-cylinder end.
• Verify master-cylinder and slave-cylinder compatibility before ordering.

Installation

Professional installation is recommended. The hydraulic system must be properly connected, filled and bled before use.

Verify pedal travel, master-cylinder travel, clutch disengagement and clearance around the pedal assembly before operating the vehicle.
