- Look for cracks, gouges, crushed corners, or missing items before installation
- If the box is damaged, take clear pictures of the shipping label, outside box, inside box, and broken contents, or claims will be denied
- Once installed, claims for damage, physical imperfections, or incorrect item will not be accepted
- Retain a damaged product for up to 30 days in case the carrier wants to examine it
