The GSI 2.0" Rear Drop Block Kit is the simplest and most cost-effective way to lower the rear of your 1963-1972 Chevy C10 while maintaining ride quality, strength, and long-term durability. Designed for factory trailing arms, this kit delivers a clean, leveled stance without compromising reliability.

The drop blocks install between the axle housing and trailing arms, using the new included extended U-bolts that replace the original hardware. The U-bolt installs from the top of the axle housing, passes down alongside the trailing arm, and secures to the factory trailing arms. Safely lowering the truck 2.0" while keeping all suspension components properly aligned.

Installation is straightforward and can be completed by one person using basic tools. No cutting, welding, or permanent modifications are required.

Unlike cast or low-grade steel blocks, GSI drop blocks are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum for high strength and reduced weight. A hard black anodized finish provides corrosion resistance, while the stainless steel logo plate delivers a clean, high-end appearance.

Installation Order (Top to Bottom)

• U-Bolts – Replaces factory U-bolts and holds the assembly in place

• Axle Housing – Sits on top of the drop block

• 2.0" Drop Block – Creates the rear drop between axle and trailing arms

• Trailing Arms – Mounted below the drop block

• Original Bottom Mount Plate – Reinstalled below trailing arms

• Washers & High Collar Nuts – Secure the entire assembly
