Simple build overview

1. Unbox and inspect components
   • Verify you have your housings, lenses, projectors, shrouds, and any optional parts.
2. Prepare the housings
   • Set up a clean workspace and organize your parts.
3. Install the projectors
   • Fit the Bi-LED projectors into the supplied 7" housings.
   • Center and level the projectors for a clean cutoff and proper beam pattern.
4. Install shrouds and any LED options
   • Fit your chosen shrouds over the projectors.
   • Add halos, angel eyes, or devil eyes if selected.
5. Wire the system
   • Connect the projectors (and any LED options) according to your wiring plan.
   • Use a harness (optional) for plug-and-play style installs where applicable.
6. Test before final sealing
   • Temporarily power the lights and check function and beam pattern on a flat wall.
   • Make adjustments now, before sealing.
7. Seal the housings
   • Use the recommended sealant to close the housings and protect against moisture.
8. Install and aim on the vehicle
   • Install the completed 7" headlights onto your vehicle.
   • Aim them properly following standard aiming procedures.
