Unlike standard rod ends that develop noise and "slop," our Teflon-lined joints are self-lubricating and stay tight over time. Measurement & Fitment Guide

Choosing the correct link length is critical for suspension geometry. This assembly uses a 4-3/8" billet tube and is designed for a specific adjustment window to ensure maximum thread strength and safety.

Adjustment Range (Center-to-Center):

• Minimum Length: 6.75"

- Achieved when both Heim joints are fully seated against the billet tube.

• Maximum Safe Extension: 8.00"

- Achieved by extending the Heims while maintaining the required 0.75" of thread engagement inside the tube.

How to Measure Your Build:

1. Level the Vehicle: Set your vehicle at your desired ride height (on the ground or on a four-post lift).

2. Align the Sway Bar: Position your sway bar arms so they are parallel to the frame/ground.

3. Measure the Gap: Measure the distance from the center of the sway bar mounting hole to the center of the control arm mounting point.

4. Confirm the Window: If your measurement falls between 6.75" and 8.00", this assembly is the correct fit for your chassis.
