A One-of-a-Kind Suspension Upgrade

Axiom Supply developed this bump stop because no truly purpose-built polyurethane replacement existed for these trucks.

Factory rubber bump stops commonly crack, crumble, compress, and lose their shape after years of repeated suspension contact. Universal replacements often use the wrong material density, do not fit correctly, or create an excessively harsh ride.

This kit was engineered from the ground up to solve those problems.

Extensive testing was performed to determine the ideal polyurethane durometer for this application. Too soft, and the bump stop would deform prematurely and fail to properly control suspension movement. Too hard, and it would transfer excessive impact into the chassis and negatively affect ride quality.

The final proprietary blend provides controlled compression, long-term durability, and progressive suspension support without sacrificing comfort.

Why Contact at Ride Height Is Important

On a leveled truck, the lower control arm sits at an increased angle compared with the factory suspension position. These bump stops are intentionally designed to remain in contact with the lower control arm at ride height.

This contact helps dampen unwanted suspension movement, reduce harsh oscillation, and provide additional support as the suspension cycles. It is a functional part of the design—not a fitment problem.
