Datalogging & Connectivity

The S300 V3 uses a high-speed USB connection for programming and datalogging and also features Bluetooth connectivity for compatible laptops and mobile devices.

HONDATA SManager allows ECU sensor data to be monitored, graphed, recorded, and saved for later analysis.

The S300 V3 also features 2 MB of onboard memory, providing approximately 20-60 minutes of onboard datalogging, depending on configuration.

Important ECU Compatibility Notice

The standard S300 V3 is designed for a full-frame OBD1 ECU case used in USDM and many other applications.

The standard S300 V3 does NOT fit square-case JDM ECUs.

If you have a compatible JDM square-case OBD1 ECU, you will need the HONDATA S300J instead.

Please verify your exact ECU part number and ECU case style before purchasing.

ECU Modification Required

The S300 uses different connecting pins than a standard chipped ECU. The ECU must be properly prepared for installation, including a slot in the ECU case for USB access.

Professional installation is strongly recommended, especially if the ECU has previously been socketed or modified, as improper installation can damage the ECU circuit board.
