To turn OFF:

Completely shut off everything including all lights
Press and hold brakes
Turn lights ON/OFF 3 times — make sure you start from the OFF position
Release brakes after 5 seconds

To turn ON:

Completely shut off everything including all lights
Press and hold brakes
Turn lights ON/OFF 4 times — make sure you start from the OFF position
Release brakes after 5 seconds
