YMD1 3-button Key Upgrade Kit Includes:

• 2 Nylon shell halves
• 2 Titanium reinforcement plates
• 4 nuts
• 2 long & 2 short screws in both silver and black
• 1 hex head Wera® screwdriver
• Vibra-Tite® low-strength threadlocker
• 1 key ring
• 1 spring hook clip
• 5 shims for various key blades (you will only use the one that matches your current key blade style.)

Titanium-Reinforced Fob

Two grade 5 titanium plates strengthen the key assembly to distribute stress and prevent wear on the nylon shells. The titanium plates and plastic nylon shells are designed to avoid technical interference and maintain the full radio range of your remote.

COLORS:

Black | Straightforward black-dyed nylon—all function, no frills.
Cerakote Color Variants | Finished with Cerakote™ ceramic surface coating for a durable, stain-resistant, scratch-resistant colored finish.
DeepDye Color Variants - Premium | Our most durable color option, using DyeMansion® DeepDye Coloring to infuse color into the nylon shell. The industrial pressure-and-heat process produces rich, uniform color while maintaining the underlying mechanical properties of the material. DeepDye provides excellent colorfastness and durability, making it particularly well suited to the everyday handling and wear a key fob sees.
GXOR* Black | This option has the same surface finish as regular black, but includes a GXOR logo recessed into the back half of the shell

Important: Installation requires removing the key blade from your original key fob. This process involves permanently altering the factory case, and the original housing cannot be reused once completed.

We recommend having a working spare key before beginning installation.
