The PLM Power Driven Heat Exchanger & Reservoir Combo is a complete cooling solution designed for supercharged Audi platforms that demand consistent performance under heat and load. Whether you are daily driving in hot weather, running aggressive pulls, or operating with increased boost, elevated intake air temperatures can quickly rob power. This kit is engineered to control those temps so your car can perform at its full potential.

PLM’s upgraded heat exchanger features a furnace-brazed core for maximum durability and thermal efficiency, paired with CNC-machined billet aluminum necks and precision TIG welding. Compared to the factory unit, frontal surface area is increased dramatically, allowing more airflow and faster heat rejection.

To further stabilize temperatures, the included aluminum reservoir adds 4 additional liters of coolant capacity. More fluid volume means slower heat saturation, improved recovery between pulls, and greater resistance to heat soak during spirited driving or track use.

Despite the major improvement in cooling capability, the system is designed to mount in or near the factory location and can be installed using basic hand tools, with no cutting or major vehicle modification required.
