The PLM Private Label Mfg. Power Driven D-Series TA Header is engineered to extract maximum performance from Honda SOHC D-Series engines. Designed with a true 4-2-1 Tri-Y merge collector, this header significantly improves exhaust scavenging, resulting in stronger low- to mid-range torque while maintaining impressive top-end power gains.

Inspired by PLM’s best-selling B-Series header design, the D-Series TA Header features a one-piece construction with a true 2.5-inch collector, allowing for increased exhaust flow and improved throttle response. Built entirely from 304 stainless steel, this header offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability for both street and performance-driven builds.

With CNC-machined flanges, precision TIG welding, and an iconic JDM-inspired layout, this header is an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts seeking proven performance, aggressive sound characteristics, and high-quality craftsmanship.
