The PLM Power Driven Subaru External Wastegate (EWG) Up-Pipe with Dump Tube is engineered to maximize turbo efficiency, improve boost control, and unlock serious performance gains for turbocharged Subaru platforms. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, this high-flow up-pipe allows the use of a 38mm or 40mm external wastegate, reducing exhaust turbulence and significantly improving turbo spool characteristics.

Unlike internal wastegate setups, an external wastegate provides cleaner exhaust flow, more stable boost pressure, and improved throttle response. PLM’s optimized design delivers 10–40+ wheel horsepower gains, depending on vehicle setup, while maintaining excellent reliability for both street and track applications.

Constructed from 14-gauge, 304 stainless steel with 2.0mm wall thickness, this up-pipe exceeds the durability of many competing designs. A high-quality flex joint is strategically placed away from bends to increase longevity and prevent premature cracking. Precision TIG welding and CNC mandrel bends ensure smooth internal transitions for maximum exhaust flow.
