Real Dry Carbon Fiber Door Lock Covers for Tesla Model 3 & Model Y
Finish the exposed door-striker area with genuine dry carbon fiber covers shaped around the factory latch hardware. The four-piece set adds a premium carbon detail while helping shield the surrounding painted and metal surfaces from everyday contact, moisture and wear.
Genuine Dry Carbon Fiber
Made from real carbon fiber rather than printed ABS or hydro-dipped plastic, giving the exposed door-jamb area authentic carbon texture and depth.
Covers the Exposed Lock Area
Wraps around the factory door-striker loop to cover much of the exposed mounting area while leaving the metal latch interface fully accessible.
Peel, Align & Press
Pre-applied adhesive allows installation directly over the factory area without drilling, removing the latch or adding separate liquid glue.
Why These Carbon Fiber Door Lock Covers Stand Out
The visible weave is part of the actual carbon-fiber construction, giving the small door-jamb detail the same material character as premium carbon trim.
The current set contains four matching covers so the exposed latch areas can share the same finished look across all four doors.
The cover helps shield the surrounding striker-mounting area from routine splash, dirt, fingerprints and repeated contact during normal use.
The opening is formed around the metal striker loop, allowing the original door-latching hardware to remain exposed where mechanical engagement is required.
Current manufacturer information also describes an added cushioning layer intended to reduce direct vibration and contact around the covered area.
Door Lock Cover — Not a Replacement Lock
These pieces are decorative/protective overlays fitted around the existing door striker. They do not replace the factory latch, striker, locking mechanism or electronic door-lock system.
Four Carbon Fiber Finish Options
Glossy
High-gloss clear finish emphasizes the woven carbon pattern and creates stronger reflections under light.
Matte
A lower-reflection carbon finish for a more understated performance-inspired appearance.
Forged
Irregular forged-style carbon pattern for customers who prefer a bolder visual texture than traditional woven carbon.
Red
Red carbon finish adds stronger contrast against the painted door jamb and works especially well with other red carbon-fiber accents.
Simple Four-Door Installation
Compare the shape and surrounding mounting area with the cover before removing any adhesive backing.
Remove dust, grease, wax and detailing products from the area surrounding the factory striker, then allow it to dry.
Place the carbon cover over the striker area first to confirm orientation, edge clearance and latch movement.
Peel away the protective backing from the pre-applied adhesive after the correct orientation is confirmed.
Position the center opening around the factory striker without forcing the carbon piece against the metal hardware.
Apply firm, even pressure around the carbon cover to establish full adhesive contact before repeating the process on the remaining doors.
The carbon piece installs around the existing metal striker. There is no need to loosen the factory striker bolts, remove the locking hardware or alter door alignment.
Current manufacturer text states Model 3 2017-ON and Model Y 2020-ON, while some existing product imagery still carries older Model 3 2017–2023.10 / Model Y 2020–2024 labels. For Highland, Juniper or Model YL, compare your striker shape with the product before installation if compatibility is uncertain.

Quick Answers
Is this genuine carbon fiber or carbon-look ABS? +
The current manufacturer and TESKAY listings identify this product as real dry carbon fiber rather than ABS with a printed carbon-fiber texture.
How many covers are included? +
The current product imagery shows a four-piece set for the four door-striker locations.
What finish options are available? +
Current options are Glossy, Matte, Red and Forged.
Does it fit Tesla Model 3? +
Current manufacturer text lists Model 3 2017-ON. Because older product imagery still shows a 2017–2023.10 label, customers with the newest Highland generation should compare the striker shape before installation if uncertain.
Does it fit Tesla Model Y? +
Current manufacturer text lists Model Y 2020-ON. Existing product imagery also includes older 2020–2024 labeling, so compare the striker design on the newest Juniper vehicles if fitment is uncertain.
Does it fit Model YL? +
Model YL has been added to the latest manufacturer product title, but the current TESKAY listing does not yet provide a separate Model YL fitment option. Confirm the striker shape before ordering for Model YL.
Does this replace the metal door striker? +
No. The original metal striker remains installed and fully functional. The carbon piece is an overlay surrounding it.
Do I need to loosen the door-striker bolts? +
No. The cover is designed to install over the existing area without removing or repositioning the factory door striker.
Will it interfere with the door closing? +
The cover is shaped around the factory striker so the mechanical engagement area remains open. Always dry-fit one piece first and verify normal door operation before installing the remaining covers.
How are the covers installed? +
Clean and dry the door-jamb area, test-fit the cover, remove the adhesive liner, align the opening around the factory striker and press the cover firmly into place.
Do I need additional glue? +
No. Current manufacturer instructions specify a self-adhesive installation with no additional glue required.
Is this intended to prevent rust completely? +
It adds coverage around the door-striker area and can help reduce direct exposure to routine splash and contact, but it should not be treated as a guaranteed corrosion-prevention system.
Are dimensions or weight published? +
No verified overall dimensions or product weight are currently published, so this description does not invent them.
