Designed to withstand the extreme thermal environments of modified, tracked, or heavily driven 3.0T platforms, these gaskets eliminate the premature hardening, flattening, and degradation common to factory coolant seals.

Whether you are servicing the failure-prone thermostat housing, the water pump module, or the crossover pipes beneath the supercharger, TruSeal delivers permanent resistance to chemical and thermal degradation.

True Lifetime Replacement: Impervious to extreme heat and corrosive engine fluids, our AFLAS seals will never degrade, harden, or leak, guaranteeing lifetime performance.
Immunity to OAT Coolants & Additives: Modern Organic Acid Technology (OAT) coolants and aggressive cooling system flush additives can degrade standard rubbers over time. AFLAS features a unique chemical backbone that is completely inert to high-pH environments, amines, and coolant concentrates.
Oil & Fuel Cross-Contamination Protection: In the valley of the Audi 3.0T, coolant seals often come into contact with weeping engine oil from the PCV system or oil filter housing. While standard EPDM swells and fails when exposed to petroleum, TruSeal AFLAS is dual-resistant, maintaining structural integrity against both oil and coolant.

⚠️ Critical Climate Disclaimer (Warm Climate Only)

IMPORTANT APPLICATION NOTE: AFLAS is a specialized compound optimized for high-temperature and extreme chemical environments. It possesses a higher glass transition temperature than factory EPDM rubber.

Temperature Limitation: These gaskets are strictly rated for ambient operational temperatures above -5°C (23°F).
Geographic Constraint: Do not install this product on vehicles operated in geographical regions that experience sub-freezing winter climates or overnight freezing soaks. In temperatures below 23°F, the material will temporarily lose its elasticity and harden, which can cause coolant weeping upon cold startup until the engine reaches operating temperature. For cold-weather regions, standard peroxide-cured EPDM or low-temperature FKM gaskets must be used.
